Visa Procedures
A letter of invitation or affidavit of support is not needed to apply for a nonimmigrant visa. Please visit the U.S. Department of State’s website https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/visit/visitor.html for instructions in order to get a visa to attend our trade shows.
If you would like to take supporting documents to your interview appointment, we recommend for attendees to take along a copy of your registration documents and for exhibitors to bring a copy of the company’s admission into the show.
In case of a rare exception, the individual Consulate will advise the applicant of any additional requirements.
